The Washingtonville Soccer Club was formed in 1972 with the purpose of nurturing the passion for soccer for children and their families.  While nurturing this passion, coaches increase players understanding of the game and skill level.  For over 40 years, the club has provided players a safe environment through using the fields throughout our community and since the early 1980's our fields at Shaw Rd.  The Washingtonville Soccer Club is a member of the East Hudson Youth Soccer League and Eastern New York Youth Soccer Association which are both associated with the United States Youth Soccer Association.

The Washingtonville Soccer Club, offers comprehensive programs for both Travel and Recreational players that encourages and trains players in the fundamentals of play, teamwork and good sportsmanship.

The travel program provides the more serious and committed soccer player the opportunity to further develop their soccer skills.  It is offered for girls and boys from seven to eighteen years of age.
For further information regarding the travel program please visit our Travel page.

The In-House program is available to children in Washingtonville and the surrounding communities as a place to learn and enjoy the game of soccer.  This program also serves as the primary environment where potential travel players can be identified and developed for the travel program.  The In-House program is offered to boys and girls from five-thirteen years of age.  Please visit our In-House page for more details.

During the In-House season, the club offers free foot skills training to all members of the club.  The one-hour sessions incorporate a number of drills that continue the growth of the individual player while incorporating game situations.  The Washingtonville Soccer Club continues to collaborate with BSI and their trainers to offer the training program.

Traffic Pattern:

For the safety of our club members and visitors, we must insist, cars follow the indicated traffic pattern and enter the fields using the upper gate (located closest to Beattie Road) and exit the complex using the lower gate (located closest to Bull Road).  While inside our complex, please adhere to the posted speed limit of 15 mph.

Due to the blind curves in both directions on Shaw Road it is important that drivers heed this warning and not use the “entrance” gate as an exit. It is just as important for drivers not to enter the fields using the “exit” gate in order to avoid colliding with cars exiting the complex.
